Re: New Online Entry Registration Through FairEntry
We are excited to announce that the Oley Valley Community Fair is introducing online registration for fair entries this year. Beginning with the 2026 fair season, exhibitors will be able to register their entries online through FairEntry, for all entries except livestock, which will continue to follow the existing registration process.
This new online system will streamline the entry process, allowing check-ins, show programs, and results to be processed and posted more quickly and efficiently at the fair.
Registration Dates
Online registration will be open from August 23, 2026 through September 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST.
How to Register
Entries can be submitted online at: http://oley.fairentry.com/
Registration can be completed using a computer, smartphone, or tablet — whatever device is most convenient for you.

Tips for Exhibitors Making Online Entries
- Recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior.
- Register all entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section. There are no fees charged for entering.
- We encourage you to register for all entries that could potentially be entered into the fair. Any entries that are not able to be submitted can be removed at check-in.
- Be sure to click the “Submit” button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries and any related fees.
- You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved by your fair.
- Entry tags can be picked up at the times listed at Entry Form (PDF)
